Positive: Location was perfect ,about a block and a half from the beach and boardwalk and many shops and restaurants. Hotel was very clean and staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great with many selections. They offer shuttle back-and-forth to beach along with beach chairs, and towels.

Negative: Room was a little tight for 3 people ,the sofa bed was very uncomfortable Breakfast was super crowded

Positive: Everything really but especially like the Libby and game room spaces where we gathered and played games…some we brought but the selection the Inn had were beautiful. We took advantage of the scrabble board, on a lazy Susan so it could easily be turned for better play! Love the chalk board that Ricky (I believe that was her name) took care of writing, on perfect penmanship, welcome messages, the weather and other offerings in Rehoboth. Beautifully done. It was festive and fun and had the opportunity to stop in the Blue Hen for a snack and a nightcap and we didn’t even have to go outside! We’ll be back and will book directly 🥰

Negative: Never had I noticed before that there was artificial aromas put into the air. I am and the other couple we were traveling with are sensitive to scents. Just a thought that you don’t need the pine scent to make it feel more festive.

Summary: We love the short walk to the beach and the hotel’s proximity to everything. This is our new place to continue our New Y
