Summary: Great stay

Summary: On the edge of the town this hotel is in a poor state in need to refurbishment. The carpets are stained and wallpaper is coming off the walls. The bed linen is old and worn (holes in sheets). The bathroom is grim. Certainly not a 3 star. No restaurant on site, just a breakfast area.

Summary: Great stop for one night following the route de Neopolian. Nice and quiet room fans available from reception and clean and tidy hotel. Breakfast is fantastic

Summary: Loved the garden and the breakfast. The room was OK but on the small side. Getting the right temperature for the shower was difficult. However, we will stay again as it was conveniently located and the garden make for everything else.
