Positive: We were at the NEC for a quilt convention. The property was a little hard to find at first, but then it was a lovely walk to and from the show. Staff member, Jo, was the best, even seeing that our lost luggage was delivered to our pod when it arrived.

Positive: The property is amazing! The style, comfort and all the little extras make it a really special place to stay. The manager Jo, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. She is friendly, professional and fabulous. Can’t forget Dave too, carried all of our bags and made sure we had everything we needed. We look forward to coming back very soon. Thank you Avant Glamp yet again, an amazing experience x

Positive: Comfortable good sized sleeping area with a lovely view. Its very close to the NEC where we were exhibiting. Fun to watch the squirrels and there are pretty lights decorating the trees at night. Nice vibes. Host was very friendly and informative. Very helpful with resolving any issues and sent us information promptly. Easy to access and security seems straight forward and decent.

Negative: Information regarding parking was vague when I booked but it pointed to parking access via the nearby Hilton being provided with the booking. There was no mention of additional costs. While a discount was given (and appreciated) It still turned out to be very expensive given we had two cars and would be staying for multiple days. Ultimately it cost an additional 20% of what we'd paid for the room, which hadn't been accounted for. In addition the Hilton charged one car extra for leaving/returning while we unloaded at the NEC. I feel costs for parking should be clearly displayed when booking so visitors can budget appropriately. Frankly it really put a real downer on the stay. There was no house keeping for the towels / bedding. No refreh of the coffee / tea supplies or clean cups / glasses. Had to wash our coffee mugs in the bathroom sink. AC was very welcome given the heat but had a life of its own and was very noisy being positioned directly over the bed. There also seemed to be a bit of a rat problem outside..

Summary: Aestheticly pleasing but room for improvement. Parking initialy misleading.
