Positive: Everything! Amazing service and great amenities. we had 2 regular rooms and when we arrived we asked to upgrade to one big 2 bedroom suite with private pool. they gave us a great price for the upgrade and it was so worth it. We had special requirements for food and the manager and chef did whatever they could to help us. The kids club and all the facilities are amazing.

Negative: Nothing! The only thing that might bother some people is the location. the resort is a bit far from the city and the market. It didn't bother us cause we were happy to stay in the resort.

Summary: One of the best resorts we ever visited!

Negative: There are areas just outside the ownership of the hotel but near the hotel i.e on the beach or down tracks used by the hotel that could be kept clean of the plastic.
