Summary: My husband and I were ending our trip to Sydney with a couple nights on the beach. This listing was true to the description with comfortable beds and couch in the living room. It’s a quick walk just a block to great cafes and a grocery, and just across the parking area to Avalon Beach. We didn’t cook but there seemed to be basics if someone wanted to. No coffee maker but there is a kettle and again coffee shops very close. And no clothes dryer but there’s a clothes rack for air drying on the porch. Hosts were great and let us reschedule after a family loss postponed our trip. Thanks!
