The open concept living room accommodates all your needs and includes a flat screen TV with cable hookup so you can enjoy your favorite shows on the spacious seating
Enjoy your fine cooked meals with friends and family at the dining area that comfortably seats four. The breakfast bar off the kitchen seats two. The kitchen provides ample amount of counter space, cabinet space and comes equipped with everything you may need to prepare meals including the additional options of a complimentary toaster oven, microwave and a 12 cup drip coffee maker.
The master bedroom includes a queen size bed and a large closet for storage. The En-suite master bathroom provides a shower and plenty of cabinet space. The 2nd bedroom provides a full size bed and dresser space.

Summary: First time to the villages, property was very nice. Very clean, minor issues were handled fairly quickly by property management. Some furniture dated, sliders locks were hard to latch. Problem with satellite receiver box that wasn't fixed till day 5. Very well stocked. Everything close by. Would stay again

Summary: We had an excellent stay here. It was clean, well-stocked, and well-maintained. It is close to the Lake Sumter Landing which has a movie theater, Winn Dixie, and lots of stores. We definitely would rent this villa again!

Summary: We enjoyed staying at this very nice and clean villa. The neighborhood was close to many amenities which we could reach by golf cart. The courtyard was perfect for our Goldendoodle as well for exercise and safety. We would stay here again.

Summary: The courtyard home was very clean and comfortable. We used the golf cart to visit Sumter Landings and Spanish Springs which were both fantastic for places to eat, entertainment, and shopping.
