Positive: We stayed there for 2 weeks. We were initially given a room located very close to the reception, which was quite noisy, especially in the morning due to staff activity. We asked to move to a quieter room, and although our request was accommodated, we had to pay an additional fee. The water pressure in the bathroom was weak, and the TV channels were not clear. In addition, the restaurant service was quite slow, and it took a long time for the food to be served. It would be nice if the hotel could improve its service when it comes to the overall guest experience. The nice thing is that they have an amazing view, which we really enjoyed.

Positive: The rooms were great. Very spacious and a lovely atmosphere. The beds were comfortable as well. A big mirror would have made the room a bit better, but overall it was good. The nearby Aninuan beach is pretty nice too, with few people and some nice sandy areas (although other parts were rocky/full of corrals, but that's just nature). The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Negative: The food was a big disappointment. We ordered sizzling sisig once and it came to us cold (and obviously not sizzling). The curry was okay, but not something to talk about for one of their "specialties". I hope they improve their food (by a lot). If it weren't for the food, I would have rated it a 9. The shower pressure was also quite weak, so that wasn't great.

Negative: Each room has a security fee of 2000 pesos....it is better if security fee is per booking only.

Positive: We like the pool and the view. The rooms were nice as well

Negative: The location is remote and far from other restaurants which is needed because the kitchen is not always open 24/7. The tuktuks do not always take us up the main entrance so we always climb the stairs from the bottom.
