Positive: Great location, 10km from Strasbourg Center. The apartment has everything you need, I would say for a short stay. The second bed is a couch so im not sure how comfortable it would be for a longer stay. It was clean and communication with owner was very easy. The price was much more reasonable than the apartments in Strasbourg itself.
Negative: Some of the dishes were not washed properly probably by the previous guests. Also the access to the bathroom is through the main bedroom so it can be a little bit unpractical.

Positive: - Location is a 10mn train ride+10mn walk from Strasbourg city center (main train station), very convenient - It is super calm - The accomodation was super clean - Communication was great with the host, who was very flexible.
Negative: Both beds were 140cm beds, and not the most comfortable, you ought not to be too tall... There was a bit of a foul smell in the appartment

Negative: The sofa (mattress) was not clean and had multiple strains of hair. Better to be vacuumed cleaned before every guest.

Positive: Nice quiet location, the beds/matresses were comfortable (after fixind the bed). Good Wifi.
Negative: Although it's a non-smoking location, there was a PERSISTENT SMELL specific to smokers' apartment along with a smell of stale water from the sink. An ash tray was freshly washed so definitely there was smoking in there (the cleaning lady said they smoked on the balcony but that doesn't explain the smell in the entire apartment). The properly was not clean: pretty dusty, the bed linen and towels seemed clean, but some looked old and they were coloured, so you couldn't tell exactly ... while the bed sheets had stains. The chairs were stained too. We also shared the living room with a friendly spider :). I had to fix the Ikea bed because the center rod was on the floor and it felt like sleeping in a hole without it. Other than that the apartment is very modest looking, with minimal comfort (some dishes and cutlery (no kettle), fridge, microwave oven, hot water kettle and nespresso pod machine - no coffee on the house mind you), the only thing new(er) being the bathroom and the Ikea furniture. BTW, you reach the bathroom via the bedroom only and there is an old wooden sliding door that isn't soundproof at all. The owner doesn't seem to speak english (as it says on booking) because you'll receive the instructions in french and they didn't answer the phone either - so it's basically a full contactless property.
Summary: OK for smokers or for a one-night stop.

Negative: a bit difficult to locate the apartment once entering in the building (no identification on the door) and the host wasn't speaking English so has been difficult to properly communicate. The sofa bed wasn't really comfortable for my tall kids.
