Come enjoy our family's like new but authentic camp on big Sebago lake The camp is located at the end of a dead-end camp road and features 250 ft. of frontage on the lake with two gradual entry sandy beaches that are great for families. It also has a great dock. The cottage has been renovated to a very high-standard featuring all new furniture (Pottery Barn / LL Bean), central air conditioning, new appliances (Viking) a screened porch with Bose sound with kayaks and canoe included. The camp is all located on a single level of 3 bedrooms (King / Queen and twin over full bunkbeds) and 1 bathroom. Come make your own memories at this very special property.

Summary: Beautiful location, clean home, wonderful porch, well equipped. Downsides -- infuriating heating/cooling controls, apple TV challenges, sandy beach a stretch with rocky bottom once in the water, shower difficult to use for the physically challenged, poor indoor lighting for reading.
