Summary: The house was easy to find, check in to, and met our needs. It was clean and as advertised. Only small complaint was that the screened in porch had holes under the door and in a few places so wasps and bugs got in. We bought wasp spray to rectify the issue.

Summary: While the inside of the property was clean, the screen porch and outside needs attention. The screens are ripped/loose and wasps come and go at will. The outdoor furniture is in disrepair and the ceiling fan on the porch is falling apart. The grass was overgrown and the carport was full of leaves. It would have been nice to have a few more glasses suitable for adult beverages, specifically for wine. A few more lamps or brighter bulbs would make the inside more cheery. It was pretty dark inside. Suggestion: add another mirror that a second person could use while the bathroom is in use. On the positive side, the mattresses were great and everything inside was spotlessly clean. The property has a cozy cabin feel and a great TV. I would probably stay again.

Summary: Check in was simple and quick! The owners were quick to respond to any questions that we had. There were 6 of us 4 adults and 2 kids under 10 and there was plenty of room for all of us plus some! The home was clean and had everything you would need in a house. It is right on the lake and within walking distance of a good restaurant! It was very nice to have the screened in porch and the covered dock for your boat. We caught probably 100lb of fish between the catfish, brim, and crappie. Lots of bird watching opportunities and some beautiful sunsets! There is also a museum you can go to at the Reelfoot lake park about 10 min away that has bald eagles, snakes, red tail hawks, and owls for you to look at up close. If you are looking for a great place to stay with family or friends to do a lot of fishing and eat some good food I highly recommend this place!
