At the heart of the Natural Regional Park of Brière, but only 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the wild coast of the peninsula of Guerande and La Baule, KerSalines is an authentic and charming cottage, lovingly restored and decorated with taste. Enjoy the marriage of granite stone, thatch and decor design. The heated swimming pool is the 'fleur de sel' from this location! Of 240 m², the house has 7 rooms including 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and can accomodate up to 10 people. Outside: The garden of 1000 m² is enclosed with an electric gate, the pool is heated and secure (open from May to October). The garden furniture is of high-end quality and you can spend evenings 'al fresco' under the covered terrace, equipped with infrared radiant for the evenings a bit cooler... Inside: the house has been renovated and tastefully decorated. Furniture and equipment are of high quality. On the ground floor, the kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living and the first dining room on one side and the second dining room on the other side. From this large living room of about 100m², one can access by a hallway to a dressing room, a laundry room (washing machine and extra fridge (dryer in the shed outside)) and a separate toilet, then a room with a bed 180cm-wide and a bathroom en suite. Upstairs, four bedrooms with two beds in 160-wide, a 120-wide bed, three beds 90-wide and a cot) and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite with 1 bedroom). Local shops are 1.5 km. Guerande is 6 km, La Baule 12 km. Aso available on site: a cot, 3 bikes, a barbecue, wood for the fireplace, a private parking, etc.

Summary: We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday at KerSalines. The house was a luxurious base from which to enjoy the Breton countryside, quaint towns and the spectacular coast. The weather was kind to us and we ate many meals in the outdoor dining area including the best BBQs of 2012. The children took good advantage of the bikes and explored many beautiful places. We will never forget our time at KerSalines and hope to return one day.

Summary: "We had a wonderful stay. When we arrived the owners had a lovely basket of local produce waiting for us to get in the Brittanique mood! The house was very spacious and nicely decorated and the large backyard was great for our boys to run around in. The house was well situated near to Guerande, the sea at La Baule and a large Le Clerc for all our dining needs.The large kitchen was enjoyable to cook in and well equipped. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it."
