Positive: Location was excellent-a short walk from Downtown area and very close to Ladybird Lake. Lovely quiet apartment block. Really lovely loft apartment. Allocated Parking Space below the apartment. Apartment very clean. Very helpful and readily available host despite being out of the country during our visit.

Negative: Unfortunately it cannot be helped but the apartment is directly across from a huge construction site currently and there was very heavy drilling work going on every weekday morning from 6.45am. Toaster wasn't working fyi.

Summary: Really enjoyed our 10-night stay at this lovely loft apartment.
