Positive: Our room was great-comfy and updated! But renovations were going on so only 1 elevator was working and the ice machine was not working on our floor. This was our second time staying there but we enjoyed it!

Positive: It was very clean, safe, and I loved the fact that there was a paved sidewalk to walk in the mornings.

Negative: I wasn’t happy that I paid for my room with one card no problem. When we got there they needed a card for room service and incidentals. No problem, however they placed a $430 hold on my card for the incidentals and room service. Seems excessive, considering the room service was only $138.

Summary: Great stay, safe, just confirm what they are going to preauthorize.

Positive: It looked presentable and spacious. It made us feel welcoming.

Negative: I don’t like the price for our stay there. I don’t like that people have to pay for breakfast. Breakfast should be included with however many days we choose to stay.

Summary: I give it a 7 that should sum it up. You want a 10 read my sentences then!
