Positive: We had a good stay overall. The highlight was definitely the staff — everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Even when we needed something late at night, they were available, and we had some really nice conversations with them. The villa is beautiful and well kept, and the location is convenient, with good restaurants nearby and a supermarket about a five-minute walk away.
Negative: The only downside for us was the comfort of the bed, which wasn’t great and made quite a bit of noise whenever we moved. There also wasn’t much soundproofing — we could hear everything from outside, and it felt like people outside could hear us as well. At night, there was quite a lot of noise from animals, and we could hear it all, which affected our sleep.
Summary: Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly service, though a few comfort and noise issues impacted the experience.

Positive: Exactly as advertised. Beautifully decorated and cosy room. Loved the swimming pool. Service and staff were exceptional. Air conditioning in the room worked incredibly well.
Negative: Lack of ventilation in the bathroom area, but really not a big deal.
Summary: Our stay was amazing and extremely good value for the price! Thank you.

Positive: Location is fabulous! Easy 5 min walk down to bingin beach, and cafes/marts close by. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely styled. Air con works great as well. Staff are amazing and super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Plenty of communal areas to hang out and work in. Overall it has a lovely serene vibe, I loved it so much I extended my stay, twice!
Negative: Wi-Fi didn’t work in my room (I was at the very back of the property) and for some reason phone signal isn’t great in this area either. However there are plenty of places to chill around the property to get good wifi or work.
Summary: Oasis in the heart of bingin

Positive: Great location, quiet neighborhood. (100m to the very good restaurant The Cashew Tree, Bingin beach 300m) The breakfasts were very good, fresh juices and fruit salads. The entire staff was very helpful, but special thanks go to the manager Amanda, who was always helpful and smiling, and Onel, who made the best coffee and provided any other assistance. The facility looks exactly as in the photos.
Negative: Everything was perfect
Summary: Perfect place to unwind
