Summary: We chose this hotel for the northern lights. We had a room with big windows and that was perfect. The first night we had the whole place to ourselves. Breakfast is grab and make yourself which I actually liked. Made for a very private setting. The staff was great and responsive but we didn't need much help. Thanks for the stay.

Summary: I left my AirPods Pro at Aurora Villa. A staff member said he found it and would mail it to me. However, though my Airpods location, it says that the Airpods have been used and were taken outside of the cases at another place in Fiarbanks (another hotel, restaurant, etc.) Twenty days later, he said the AirPods were lost by USPS. What a good story. BTW, I stayed there for 3 nights, no one came to clean the room.
