Positive: Nina and her team were wonderful and very attentive with every detail about the stay. I had my whole trip planned prior to arriving because Nina had contacted me to ensure my stay was perfect. The Igloos were clean, sustainable, and offered an incredible view of the sky. The team made the difference between an average stay to an incredible stay.

Positive: Our group of 4 had such a pleasant stay for our 2 nights at Aurora Queen! The food was amazing, the hospitality was even better, and the location was secluded but also convenient to all the activities in the area. We were greeted so warmly and made to feel like family during our time there. I couldn’t recommend this more!

Positive: The hospitality from Nina and Pasi was exceptional. Very personalised service and made us all feel like home during our stay there. The resort is clean, peaceful and not congested and thus relaxing and comfortable with a lot of private space. Food was great including the breakfast that was part of the room package. The walk of the trail around the resort was another highlight for us besides the snowmobile safari and reindeer safari.

Negative: It would be even better if the airport transfer could be exclusive and included in the room package.

Summary: Great place to experience Lapland with exceptional service from the owners!

Positive: What’s not to love about this property and the staff, especially the owners. We were greeted with a warm welcome in their beautiful main building with cappuccinos sitting in front of a warm fire. The remote location was exactly what we wanted, with it still being close enough to get to town. This place was truly special. The foot was spectacular, the sauna was tranquil, and the rooms were from a movie. We can’t recommend Aurora Queen enough! Will return someday.

Positive: Breakfast was excellent. Great selection of food and quality was outstanding. The igloo was comfortable and luxurious. The resort area was also very beautiful to walk and explore. Our hosts Nina and Pasi were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful!

Negative: Some of the upper glass panels on the igloo didn’t not stay clear of snow sometimes which obstructed the view.

Summary: Truly a luxurious, once-in-a-lifetime experience. Highly recommend!
