Negative: Nothing everything was good. Oh maybe a Little upgrade for the AC and bathroom vent but other than that it's all good

Positive: The receptionist was very nice & pleasant. She made check in a breeze. Room was nice & clean & the heater worked as it should.

Negative: The bed in room 207 is in need of replacing. It felt worn & lacked in comfort. Also, on Booking.Com check out time is listed at 11:30A.M. but when my wife was heading down to the vending machine in the lobby, as she was exiting our room, the housekeeper told her check out is at 11. When my wife advised her that the checkout is listed at 11:30 the housekeeper was very standoffish & somewhat rude in her etiquette. I am attaching a screenshot as reference.

Positive: Good price. Complimentary breakfast.

Negative: Dirty carpet. Curtains weren’t easy to figure out how to close for the night. Rickety and loud bell hop cart.

Summary: Good price but need to change the carpet out in the hotel both in and out of the rooms.
