Positive: We spent a very memorable and comfortable month at Aurora House Loft in Cefalu. Frederico was a charming host collecting us at the train station and driving us to the apartment. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and centrally located in the Old Town. Frederico gave us plenty of local information and places to eat. He was always available to assist should anything go wrong. The apartment was generously stocked and a welcome bottle of wine greeted us. We are both looking forward to returning to Cefalu and the Aurora House Loft apartment for another month next year.

Negative: Nothing to dislike - Superb find.

Summary: Everything we wished for, from start to finish. Superb.

Positive: Very clean, modern apartment in a great location in Cefalu. The loft is very well equipped and perfect for a short break. It is close to the Cathedral and beaches but only a 15 minute walk from the train station. Excellent friendly, informative host who gave us lots of ideas for our stay.

Negative: Not a problem for us, but the stairs to the loft in the second floor are steep.

Positive: Location was perfect. Easy to get to any of the sights we wanted to visit. There was a bottle of wine and water in the fridge upon our arrival. Our host was most helpful. He gave us lots of information on places to visit, restaurants, and answered any questions we had. Always available on WhatsApp. Would highly recommend staying here. We have nothing negative to say. Loved Cefalù.

Positive: We loved this apartment. Clean, spacious, extremely well positioned in the city center, and with every little detail that one needs while on holidays. Federico was very welcoming. He helped us carry our luggage to the second floor and gave us tons of information of where to eat, what to visit and what beaches to go to. He even did a reservation in one of his recommended restaurants for us with the perfect sunset view 🤗 The perfect way to finish our Sicily holidays.

Positive: Kind Federico met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment, which was fabulous as we had no idea how to walk there and no cars/taxis allowed in the old part of town between certain hours. He also gave us a list of amazing restaurants - none too extravagant, but all with incredible food. La Galleria restaurant being our favourite with the outstanding waiter Pasquale. Federico went out of his way to be helpful and did things like get me the bus timetable for the trip to the Sicilian Outlet Village tour. The apartment was also generously stocked with water, a welcome bottle of wine, lovely jams and condiments and the bathroom with things like sunblock, Betadine...the little things that you may have forgotten to get you through until you can get to the shops.

Negative: Cant think of anything.

Summary: Loved Cefalu - can't wait to come back. Will happily book with Federico and Katia again.

Positive: Had all the comforts of home. Opportunity to wash clothes if on a lengthy trip through Italy/Europe. Lots of space to unwind. Property owner very knowledgeable about where to go and dine and enjoy the flavours of Cefalu. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and book again, right in the centre of the old town.
