Comfortable and elegant loft, located on the first floor of a completely renovated late 19th century building in the heart of Palermo.
The entire space has over 75 square meters and consists of two main rooms (bedroom and living room), transformed into a single room and separated by a sophisticated wall arch.
In the bedroom you will find a wonderful wall mirror (handmade which partially takes up the arches of the house) positioned in front of the double bed.
In the lounge / living room, you will find a comfortable sofa / bed and a glass and iron table, where you can work and / or eat.
The kitchen is equipped to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners (two electric hobs, kettle, mocha coffee maker, pots, pans, ladles, plates, glasses, cups, cups, cutlery).
The washing machine is located under the kitchen floor, at the guests' disposal.
The private bathroom, small in size but fully equipped with shower, sink, mirror, storage cabinet, toilet and bidet. Soap, foam bath, shampoo and of course a hairdryer are provided.

Summary: Apartment was very comfortable and location was amazing. It was away from the hustle and bustle but just walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Summary: From the moment we booked this beautiful loft, the hospitality of the owner was evident. We were contacted immediately with all contact numbers and informed of how to get to the location at best from Palermo airport. On arrival, we were met by our host and over a delicious cup of coffee, informed of everything and anything one would need to know for the duration of our stay. The apartment is located fantastically, surrounded by fabulous restaurants and bars and within 7 minutes walk of the train station, Palermo historical old centre. We couldn't have picked a better place to begin our wonderful holiday in Sicily. The apartment is stunning, really clean and has everything you need at hand to cook and cater for yourself. You will want for nothing. Great value for money! Gian Marco and his colleagues were available for us for the duration of our stay and it felt like we were staying with friends! Highly recommendable. A real treasure.

Summary: We highly recommend this flat! It's well located and it's beautiful. The city center is an 8 minutes walking distance. The best: their hosts! Davide and Giorgio! Giorgio gave us the best recommendation in town: restaurants, places to see and thing to do. We will come back! Palermo is amazing!
