Positive: The location was optimal to watch the Auroras from the comfort of your cabin. The place was clean and well maintained. Easy drive from Tromso and clear instructions and the guest guide manual addressed everything needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything to cook your meals and the hot water is available with very good pressure. Highly recommended place

Positive: Everything was amazing, from the check-in process (although the code was provided rather close to the check-in time but it was communicated through the app, email and text) to the room’s & facilities to the quaint location, it was personally an unforgettable experience. Personally I felt like this cabin was far better than staying in those glass houses, with a rather small but spacious room and adequate necessities. Not to mention, we have managed to catch the lights on all 3 nights of our stay! It was such a lucky event, but staying in the cabin means that we can stay comfortably warm while watching the lights. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I am back in Tromsø.

Negative: It can be a quite inconvenient to travel to, with the nearest town more than 10mins drive, but that is also the beauty of the location. The staff are not working over weekends, so it might be hard to get some help or assistance with needing extra supplies. But not too big of an issue.

Positive: Location and style of the cabins. We had clear skies and wonderful views of the northern lights on both nights of our stay. The stars were also amazing. Clear guidance provided in brochure.

Negative: Would have liked paper instructions for use of the cooker. More cushions in lounge would be nice. Very little not to like!

Negative: I received 11 generic messages with checkin/checkout information - a bit excessive. Also sofa really needs deep cleaning.

Positive: Location was superb. Very secluded and special. Views across the fjord to the mountains beyond. We loved that it was down a track and had an away from it all feel. Only ten cabins, carefully situated to provide privacy and the sense of being ‘on the water’. Small and intimate. Loved the Lyngen Alps, which are on the doorstep.

Negative: The sofa wasn’t particularly comfortable though it was a fantastic place to sit to soak up the view. Quite expensive for fairly basic accommodation. It is the experience and uniqueness you are paying for.

Summary: A very special place to stay, with wonderful views, in a beautiful part of Norway.

Positive: One of the best properties I have ever stayed. The cabins are overlooking the fjords and offers uninterrupted views. On clear days it can be spectacular. Kitchenette was well equipped with burner, oven, chimney & kettle. A perfect getaway in the tranquility of nature.

Negative: The wifi was bit of a struggle (almost non-existent). Room heating could have been a bit better. Bed was uncomfortable.
