Positive: Our guest room & bathroom were beautifully furnished, including storage of all of our travel clothing and toiletries. The property was beautiful inside and out, offering a refreshing return after our local tours, dining and shopping. And our host David was very friendly and engaging in conversation about his orchards and family history. A truly unique experience it was to stay at Aure Fées!

Positive: The breakfast was excellent and the property is absolutely beautiful. It most definitely was decorated and remodeled by a professional. It is impeccably clean. The owner, David goes above and beyond for sure. We were stranded late at night at a train station. We contacted David and he came to get us. We will never forget his gesture, he is a great person.

Negative: Seriously, nothing could have been better. We were extremely pleased.

Summary: Our stay was excellent. It was wonderful to stay in such a beautiful home with a very gracious host

Positive: The guest house and rooms were very clean and comfortable with ensuite bathrooms and wonderful showers. The house had a shared living-room and breakfast room, along with a self pay bar. The property was just outside Bayeaux with lovely gardens in a quiet location. The host was very helpful with a medical situation that arose, for which we are very greatful

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: We truly appreciated this lovely B&B just outside Bayeaux with a wonderful, accessible and helpful host.

Positive: Lovely property, well situated close to the beautiful town of Bayeux. The owners were friendly, gracious hosts who were able to provide excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing, which really helped us to focus our itinerary and make the best use of our limited time there. And the breakfast was delightful. Bonus - my daughter really appreciated the game room, a great way to unwind after a long day of driving and sightseeing.

Negative: No air conditioning they had a fan that shut off every 1.5 ridiculous who doesn't have a air conditioner The host David in his apt had a air conditioning it was hot at times and when you open windows no screens so bugs would fly in

Positive: Excellent breakfast, nice, quiet location near to local facilities / town. The building is superbly renovated and decorated, rooms are exquisite. Other facilities - shaded seating area, sun terrace next to heated outdoor swimming pool, ample parking, beautiful extensive grounds, games room..... all superb, as were our hosts.

Negative: This is probably one of the best B & Bs I have ever stayed in. No negatives to report whatsoever.
