Positive: The staff here is amazing! They are very kind and will help you navigate the city. The facilities are also extremely clean. There is a bathroom on every floor, and they are spotless! The hostel is new so everything is top notch. 5/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Positive: Super helpful and friendly receptionist. Around an hour before the check-in time, my bed was ready. Hot and cold drinking water was available (electric kettle and bottled drinking water), cups and teaspoons were available. You have a key for your locker. They have a nice lobby which looks like somewhere used to be a small cafe. It seems that the owner/manager was also staying on a dorm room bed to make sure things were good. My special request of getting an extra pillow was accepted.

Negative: No hot shower. Air-conditioning was only available at night. It would eventually become too cold to bear. The bed sheet was not something you would cover your own bed, it was rough and a bit itchy, just good enough to sleep on. The soup dispenser was a bit malfunctioning and it was difficult to get the liquid soup out.

Positive: I am very surprised to enjoy five-star facilities at very nominal price , its seems it new renovated hostel because everything was neet clean and fresh, and staff behaviour was very polite and coprative, I love to stay again if I get a chance.

Positive: Protect this business at all costs! ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏 Our stay was outstanding...The owner, manager and staff are so warm and attentive. We're allowed to check-in earlier, the whole process was easy and no fall backs. Location was so quite and peaceful accessible to all areas whether you wanna go to Markets and Malls, BTS and MRTs. Chinatown etc. We stayed in 4th flr. In a private room for two and it was bigger for us it could accommodate 6 to 8 based on my perspective and the view was literally good! The toilet is clean and actually majority of the areas of this hostel was 5 STARS 👏👏👏👏. I Like to revisit again soon and definitely would stay in this hostel. And I want to see this business to GROW AND PROSPER IN GOD'S WILL. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ #TravellersfromDOHAQATAR #ILOVEAURAHOSTEL #AURACAFE #BANGKOK2025

Positive: The property is extremely clean. The women’s dorm feels very safe. There is space to hang out in the lobby, and also at the rooftop patio. The best part about this property is the staff. They are warm and helpful! I wanted to buy new headphones, so the owner drove me to a local market so I could purchase. They also make fantastic coffee! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
