Positive: As soon as we stepped foot inside, I fell in love with this beautiful cottage. It was the perfect place to stay for our family of 3 as a base for days out over the summer holidays. The cottage was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The cottage has been modernised while still in keeping of its original features. The owners were easy to communicate with via text message and check in / access was simple.
Negative: The village shop closed a while ago, which is sad. We found that the local pub was not very welcoming whe we visited. The bathroom was small and compact but we found it managable as a small family. The property was tricky to find on Google maps but the directions given by the owners were really helpful!

Positive: It’s a lovely cosy cottage in an idyllic little village; it has a proper country feel to it with the perfect little courtyard to enjoy the sun
Negative: It’s a cottage so it is a little small but was still big enough for a family of 4 (2 x 4 year olds)
Summary: We had a lovely few days in the cottage and it’s a great base to visit lots of local attractions
