Summary: This hotel was a great hotel. Continental Breakfast was good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Summary: Kids really loved the 6-pod room. Hotel was clean and comfortable, and had a really nice breakfast. We stayed in 6 hotels during 3 weeks in England, France, and Germany and this was the best one.

Summary: I would really love to give this hotel a 5 star review, there is so much going for it. It’s modern, it’s clean, the rooms are spacious, it’s on a good location and the staff are super friendly however as a hotel that is marketed as family friends it is missing some key fundamental things. There are no fridges in the rooms, for any family with small children this is a must. There is no easy access to cold water without constantly asking or buying bottled water. The breakfast buffet doesn’t have any small children friendly foods, glasses, crockery or cutlery. The highchairs are the wooden style which are horrible and dangerous for babies (6months - 1year). The ‘toys’ available in the rooms were not age appropriate for my children, 7months and 3years. If you are going to claim to be family friendly you have to cover all the basics. I felt a little let down on the family friendly front.

Summary: Exceptional. I’ve stayed all over the World. This is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was very quiet- despite being very busy. Would highly recommend. Great parking- quick walk to City underground train.
