Positive: The staff were exceptional - super friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and very clean. About ten minutes from the airport.

Negative: Breakfast offered very little for vegans - fruit and bread. If you’re not a vegan, breakfast was great!

Positive: Location, staff, comfy rooms & excellent restaurant. The hotel is right on the lake in a lovely area only a 10-min train ride into Geneva. We had interconnecting rooms with our 14&16 yr olds which were lovely. The staff were helpful before and during our stay. The restaurant was great - knowledgeable sommelier, attentive wait staff & delicious food. Highly recommend.

Positive: Wonderful place to stay! Staff are very nice and helpful! At your service day and night. The lake view from the balcony is amazing. Breakfast was absolutely perfect 👌 Public parking just in front of the hotel with charging station for EV vehicles (you will get 30% discount from the hotel for using the parkings) and BP station just few meters away with a shop which you can buy all your daily needs. Bus stop just in front of the hotel and Train station just 5 mins away and with the hotel guest you can use both free of charge to reach out any point in Geneva! Rooms are super clean, big bathroom, 24 hours service. Definitely a 10/10! Thank you Auberge port gitana for the excellent service and experience 👏
