Positive: Very clean. Daily housekeeping, housekeepers never forgot anything (rare), nothing missing in the room. Most front desk staff are very friendly/hospitable. Room service is very efficient and accurate with estimated wait time.

Negative: Some(one) front desk are rude - advised to not book with booking.com for better service or upgrades. Room Incredibly outdated. Bible in nightstand. Key insert required to keep the power on in room (This causes issues with appliances between guests). Odd 90s/00s speakers glued to desk. Cable (no casting available). Just very, very dated - not to be confused with charming or quaint. Service at the Balzac Restaurant was subpar : speed, knowledge(of menu) and general attentivness (water served 15min after seating, forgetting, etc)

Positive: Nice, large family suite with plenty of comfortable beds for a family of five. The indoor pool and outdoor hot tub were very nice with plenty of seating.

Negative: It would have been to have somewhere to get coffee in the foyer area or around the pool...there wasn't life to the hotel, as very few people there, which seemed a little odd. It would have been nice to have breakfast included for the price.
