Positive: Resort on a beautiful lake, staff were extremely helpful. Room comfortable and rustic.

Negative: Book a room with lake view, struggle to see any water trough the branches, understanding that nature is not contrôlable, room should be advertised as Partially lake view, disappointing for the money .

Positive: Great sandy beaches. Quite pleasant in the morning and early afternoon. Too crowded later in the day for me. Lake is great for swimming as there is a bay where the water is warmer and less windy. Nice little hikes around the property. Loved the ducks and the pond.

Negative: Room was smaller than picture and also kind of dark. Didn't face the lake. Staff was rigid about 1h limit on kayak usage even though there wasn't a lot of ppl using them. Told me I was late even when I returned on time and argued with me about it. Dogs being tolerated off leash. I was followed by a dog and barked at while I was trying to enjoy my k kayak ride. Staff in restaurants are not all great. Service was ok. Being reminded that "only" 14% gratuity is included every time you eat is super annoying. If you automatically include it, don't expect me to add more. Especially when there's nothing exceptional about the service.

Positive: Hot tub , beach activity , spa, property. Staff is decent & helpful, not many English speakers.

Negative: The rooms are too small & old. Creaky floors. Food is expensive, not many options for restaurants.

Summary: Had a great memory for a celebration. But not worth the price, especially with regards to the room & food.
