Positive: The property is lovely very beautifully modernised. Also a very nice terrace to the rear.

Negative: No cupboards or wardrobes/coat hangers in any of the bedrooms up stairs, in the kitchen no saucepans with handles and no oven glove to pick up the 1 without a handle! I’m left wondering if the property is mainly for very short stays, hence very little facilities for longer stays. Also downstairs very cold in the evening and we couldn’t workout how to turn on the radiators! Also after 1 shower no more hot water in the bathroom for the remainder of our stay, no response from the host ☹️

Positive: Very nice stayover on our way to the south of France with 3 mo baby and dog. Everything clean, beds made, even a breakfast provided, which included fresh oranges (and a juicer!), coffee machine with beans. A short walking distance to the centre where we had a drink in the sun and enjoyed the local wine shop with tasting.

Negative: Parking in front of the house is a bit busy but we were lucky. Plenty of parking space closeby.

Positive: Exceptional apartment - clean, very spacious, tastefully decorated and extremely well equipped (even a mechanical orange juicer with oranges provided so that you can have fresh orange juice for breakfast!). Easy, free nearby parking. On the ramparts, 5 minutes on foot to the town centre or Diderot museum. A few notes that may be helpful: - If entering at night, have a torch or your mobile handy as the nearest light switch to the door is quite a way in. - Note the wifi code before you go in as our GSM signal was weak inside and so you need the wifi (thick walls!) - The smaller room with a single bed gives off one of the doubles and there is no door or closing. - There is another gite above (with its own entrance) so don’t be surprised if you hear movement upstairs - Remember some change for the tourist tax

Negative: A minor suggestion - we couldn’t find anywhere to put away clothes - a commode nor wardrobe might be useful.
