Negative: BE AWARE. The 200€ deposit by bank transfer is quite a hassle, especially if you book for just one night. The owner is polite and correct, but one simply does not feel welcome under those circumstances. I paid it and got it back. The info about the deposit is hidden in the so called ‘important information’, which is at the bottom of the booking screen, only visible if you click down on an arrow … which of course I did not notice when I made the booking. When the owner sent me a message asking for the deposit, I initially thought I got scammed. @the owner, I have read your explanation in the replies to comments by other guests. No need to repeat it here.

Positive: Charming Studio under roof BUT becareful DEPOSIT needed

Negative: The fact we need to pay a caution of 200 euros and with the change or something else I didn't get back exactly my 200 euros that was requested urgently a week before my stay and then given back a week after in my account. It is written in very small in the T&C's, I would never have chosen this flat because because of the deposit. Then it was too late ....I think this is not correct. I felt that I have no other choices. I have been changing every night places I cannot imagine to have to pay a deposit for every places I stayed. (It is by the way the first time I have to pay a deposit). No trust from the owner... very controlling by text to know if I am out I know rules are rule but I felt controlled ... When I complain about the deposit her answer : "No worry I'll give it back the money.."WELL I hoped so!, obviously that wasn't the point!" Thanks god I didn't have to use anything .... with my luck I would have been too scared to break something or not cleaning properly enough.
