Positive: Very good location for exploring Menton, the beach and getting out and about.

Negative: Whilst it is very clever with space saving ideas, there isn’t much comfy/cosy seating. And the stairs are very narrow making it difficult for suitcases or larger/taller people. Luckily I was a solo and short guest and coped ok.

Summary: Great spot for the town, well kitted out with all you need.

Negative: Maybe a smaller table on the balcony would be better as it took up a lot of space!

Summary: Great stay in a central location. Close to station so easy to visit other places along the coast.

Positive: Off the bat the owners are adorable and very helpful. They helped us navigate our way thru the maze of the underground parking. The unit is small, my partner is 6'3" and barely cleared the ceilings. We had to keep our luggage downstairs in the living space because my suitcase wouldn't fit up the stairs. This is for information purposes only and no diss to the property. The property was cute, clean and very comfy. We spent the majority of our time on the patio which had a lovely view of the ocean. Being this is a city apartment it is equipped with every possible amenity. The washing machine was a life saver as we had been on the road for 18 days. It is perfectly located. We were able to walk everywhere and did not move our car the entire 5 days we were there.

Negative: The stairs were kinda scary but were well lit and we were pre informed about them.

Summary: Perfect city property with an ocean view.
