Positive: As the title says - superb location! A 10 minute walk to all the central Madrid sights. We were a family of 8 adults and one infant visiting Madrid to celebrate a birthday. We could not have been more happy with the accommodations and everyone was very impressed. There are 4 bedrooms, one en-suite. Beds were comfortable and great linen. Bathrooms were great with excellent water pressure and the added soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenses were a great addition. The living/dining room was large enough to accommodate everyone and gave the 1 year old plenty of place to practice her walking. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and many a great meal was concocted during our weeks stay. The hosts were kind enough to supply a crib and baby chair at no additional cost. Checkin was simple and communication awesome. We were delayed on arrival but they waited for us to hand over the keys and show us around the apartment. Highly recommended for any family or group of friends wanting safe and comfortable accommodation in the centre of the city. Thank you to our hosts for making the stay incredible
