Summary: We had a great room, overlooking the Palm and the swimming pool. The staff were always helpful and overall it was a wonderful stay for us.

Summary: Staff are friendly and really helpful. At dinner staff are fast to clear tables and keep drinks flowing. We stayed half board and both selections were outstanding. The biggest pastry selection I’d ever seen. Dinner was excellent. All food was fresh and replenished quickly.

Summary: I have visited Atlantis now 3 times over the past month for weekend staycation. one suggestion I have is to create a way to do a check out online or have a kiosk or similar way. There was a massive queue of people to check in and just to wait to pay for small stuff is not very efficient. Perhaps there could be a an options for Dubai residents to do that..otherwise great stay.
