Summary: Hotel rooms and bathroom are dated. Shower and bathroom are in poor condition. Property is dated. Staff are either extremely helpful or extremely useless. There is a significant training issue. A mixed experience overall. Pound music from a function late into the evening.

Summary: There were trash in the trash bins. The toilet is up against the glass partitioning of the shower. I could sit straight on the toilet, I had to sit side way, because there was no room for legs to fit between the toilet and the shower glass. There were no cups in the room for drinking coffee or tea. Only one big towel. No wash towels. The liquid soap and shampoo were empty.
