Positive: Dinner menu was good and the food was always delicious. Staff were helpful and courteous.

Negative: The hotel spa was very busy, especially on Fridays and weekends, so didn't get to experience. Not impressed that the hotel couldn't provide tea and coffee making facilities as I was there for three weeks. It's a stretch to say this is fours stars...maybe because of the food and the spa.

Positive: Service and spa are top notch. Amazing massage by Teresa and very good dinner on site for a reasonable price. It Made me want to stay more than planned :)

Positive: The outdoor spa and indoor pool were excellent. Most pools aren’t open during April. The outdoor sun lounges were comfortable and the cafe adjoins that area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is excellent and very reasonably priced.

Negative: All good, it isn’t in a glamorous antique hotel but it compensates with the great services available. We walked to town at night and it felt safe and there were lots of people out considering the cooler weather.

Summary: A relaxing and fun stay in Fiuggi at a reasonable price.

Positive: Amazing spa and very nice staff! Quite area for a full gateway from the hustle with relaxing and very clean spa possibilities.
