Summary: I arrived at the motel a little early and they wanted to charge me $30.00 for an early check-in 2pm instead of 3 pm. I needed to get changed to go to a wedding. I told them that I never heard of that and they wound up waiving the fee after a disagreement. Thats enough to sour me.

Summary: Well, the breakfast used to be OK now it’s terrible. They used to have fruit yogurt, orange juice, bagels, toast, butter, and cream cheese. This time they only had cereal and steel bagels and butter, and that was it.

Summary: Bed was horrible! Its like you put a sheet over wood!!!!!! Air conditioning kept going out. The “ketchup size” combined shampoo and conditioner is unsatisfactory. During check in, the staff was talking on his personal phone. Will NEVER come here again!!!

Summary: Arrived to a power outage in the area. The front desk manager was nice enough to allow me into my room so I could change and hit the beach, which was the reason for my visit After a looooong day working in the heat the ocean was about perfect. Got back after my swim and power was restored, as was my faith in humanity. I’ll be back…

Summary: Not a bad place to stay. Was not able to enjoy the pool because it looked like it hadn't been clean in a while. Probably won't be coming back but not the worst hotel I've stayed at. If the pool was clean, my experience would have been better.

Summary: It's the saying 'you get what you pay for'. The room was a little stained and rusted. The brown curtains had white stains on the,. There were stains in the sink. The bathtup itself didn't work. The thing that really bothered me was that check out is at 11am. Someone came and knocked on the door at 10:47am, telling me I had to check out and I said 13mins and shut the door. Check in was easy, but it was what you get for the price and a 2 star motel.

Summary: We've used them for 4 years during an event held at the same time in Spring Lake. It's always been a good stay but this time the room condition wasnt as good as before. The toilet was loose and it would wiggle during use. Breakfast was also more sparse then before. However, the pool was just as nice as prior visits.
