Positive: The location is scenic and stunning with the ocean at the background. Property is eco-friendly with greenery everywhere. One can hear the sea waves right outside your balcony. Rooms are fully air conditioned. I love the chalet style of the rooms. Rooms and sheets are cleaned and changed regularly. Trash containers are located in every room. Shout out to the staff- they are very respectful and friendly. Patrick is the star keeping the place running as best as he could.

Negative: Facilities in the rooms are falling apart and break down easily. I was moved to 3 rooms in 9 days! While I appreciated the responsiveness of the staff and shout out to Patrick! I don’t think that’s how a beautiful resort should be operated. In one room the toilet was leaking leaving water on the floor. In the other two rooms, the shower doesn’t drain fast enough leaving you feeling dirty after a shower. And water frequently shuts off.

Negative: General cleanliness and toilet and bath facilities not looking fresh. Towels though cleaned looked washed out and very old.

Positive: This was my best beach stay yet! The staff were amazing! Bringing me basically 'breakfast in bed' each morning and making sure I had dinner as well. Patrick, the assistant manager, was especially attentive and an excellent conversationalist. Never a dull moment! Just sitting by the beach was so relaxing! Thanks, guys!

Positive: The room was clean and comfortable to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great. I truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again

Negative: I wish the restaurant had light soup with goat meat and fufu.

Positive: Its a very nice space, a lot of green around, well taken care of. Room very nice, well maintained. The pool was great, very clean, nice beds around.

Negative: It's a restart of the resort. Some things where not always working perfectly but the staff always acted adequately and immediate. The service at the bar/restaurant was not always professional.
