Summary: The walls needed painting. The dryer door wouldn't close properly. The house wasn't dusted. One sheet had a blood stain and I sent a pic to the manager and there was no response. The couch had a smell to it as well. The cost was too high for such a subpar place. Some of the furniture was broken down. The pictures made it look clean and very nice. If we had another option we would have left. I don't like being charged cleaning fees when the place was not clean when we got there. It was my first Vrbo and most likely my last.

Summary: The property was very clean. The decor was beautiful. I just wished that the master bed was a king. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms didn't have a TV. This property was in the perfect spot for our needs and the cost was manageable. The house was very pleasant and we would definitely rent here again.

Summary: Sugar in the sash was bad, my morning tea was smelling funky. I had to buy all the condiments from the store. Also could have been better with cleanliness of the carpet.

Summary: I requested 11 am check in the day before arriving so I am not sure if that threw nothing off for the owner as fas providing snacks and water. This did not make or break my experience but would have been a nice perk. The house is on a quiet block and it feels like a safe neighborhood. If you plan on using the dishwasher do not turn it on before taking a shower or you will not have hot water. We learned that the hard way. If you plan on using the refrigerator it does not get cold so shop carefully, we had a few things spoil in the fridge before our trip was over which was a waste of money. I did not have time to bring this up to the owner because of how busy my trip was however I do think this is something that can be fixed easily. Overall the house is comfortable & smells nice. It can use some repairs though. If you are traveling with couples be aware that one of the bedroom doors does not close properly which can make it uncomfortable for adults wanting to have alone time. The carpets could use a deep cleaning which makes the house feel dusty although it was clean. My family suffers from severe allergic reactions to dust so this caused us to have to stock up on allergy meds.
