Positive: The food was amazing, all inclusive service was exeptional, we were never hungry, plenty of options for food, drinks and desserts. Also the team playing with the kids on the weekend was brilliant! My son really enjoyed.
Negative: The room I got was full of insects (wood mites) and my son got lots of bites on his body, i complained and they offered me another room, but it was very far, and we didnt have wifi in the new room. The smell wasnt great in any of the 2 rooms that we stayed. I couldnt communicate with anyone from there. I am still washing all our clothes to make sure they wont travel with us. Also, i told them that my mother couldnt walk properly, and they said that it was ok and offered the cart ro drive her around. But the hotel is built in many different levels, and we had to walk a lot. My mum had to go up and down the steps all day. She was exausted from walking, even with the help of her walking stick. This place is Not for people with disabilities.
