Summary: We stayed at 35 Athol Rd during Christmas week. A fantastic house. Very spacious, yet comfortable and cozy. Incredibly well appointed. If you need something, you will find it in the house. Great location, secluded in the woods of the southern tier of the Adirondack Mountains. Yet, easy access to shopping stores. Yes, we enjoyed a white Christmas! Summary: Property was exactly as listed. We had everything we needed. The coffee bar was a lovely touch. Our first morning I watched two deer frolic at the edge of the woods while my coffee was brewing. Restaurants were within a reasonable driving distance. I would love to stay again in the future.

Summary: Although the driveway was a bit tricky to find because of GPS it didn't take long to figure out which one it was. It was perfect for us on our first getaway together. Everything was updated and well lit. Bed was comfy and house was clean. Screened in porch would be perfect for summer nights. We even had deer the 2nd morning. Would highly recommend this cottage.
