Positive: Extremely clean!!! Easy check in.. Amazing views!.. Great Sound Proof Enough towels/Pots pans etc

Negative: Didn’t have blow dryer looked everywhere!and the iron plug has 2 parts instead of the usual 3

Positive: We booked this property for our birthday retreat to enjoy the sunset views of the London skyline, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with most amenities in perfect working order. The central location made it easy to pick up groceries or head out for breakfast and drinks. Overall, it was fantastic value for money, a stay we’d happily recommend!

Positive: Property was in a good location (close to Walthamstow underground and overground station). The apartment itself is stylishly furnished and has great views across London. Access to the property was straightforward. 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great, kitchen was well equipped with shops nearby to buy essentials. TV and internet access was also good.

Negative: The convenience of being right by a train station means you hear noise from the station into the night (such as train sounds eg beeping when doors shutting etc), but with windows shut it is not such a problem. Communication with host was good before arrival but afterwards, they failed to respond. We accidentally left a charging cable and wanted to collect it but my messages were ignored. I also pointed out a broken dining chair, which was dangerously left at the dining table which would have caused an injury if someone sat on it unknowingly. Lastly, what looked like maggots appeared in the kitchen (coming from under the sink cupboard) after 2 nights and that was also not responded to. Maybe that was a one-off but without a response, I can’t know if it’s been resolved.

Summary: Lovely spacious apartment in good location to access tube. Cleanliness issues to be addressed however

Positive: We love the view, and I was so worried about the ventilation, ac because it was very hot in July, but the penthouse is on the 10 th floor you open the windows and have such an amazing breeze, at night we was even cold, plus the views specially at night, you can't stop looking at the moon to go to sleep, overall an excellent place to stay, they have wifi, TV, functional kitchen washer, a few steps from the train terminal station,super convenient, lots of different convenient stores around, we have everything we need it, I will rent it again without thinking about it.
