Summary: In advance of our stay, the hotel was extremely helpful regarding a taxi strike occurring whilst we were in Athens. Upon arrival reception were friendly and helpful and we were offered a welcome drink. The room was lovely with a nice big balcony everything is clean and tidy. The bed was a little hard and we struggled to sleep due to that and loud air conditioning and automatic lights on the balcony which we couldn’t turn off. The pool area is lovely. However, the pool is extremely small. It is only for a dipped cool off! It is also in an area where a lot of development is occurring so opposite is a building site that has not yet been completed. This did not disturb our day, but I can imagine it may have disturbed others if they were working during the day. Our rate included breakfast however we had an early flight so they offered us a breakfast box which we appreciated. However, it was a dry, white bread, cheese, and ham sandwich, and apple and a juice carton, which was not reflective of the beautiful products that were on show in the breakfast area. It was very close to local eateries and only a 20 minute walk to the lake and for one night it suited our needs. I would not stay there again, however, due to the few points that I have mentioned.

Summary: We were delighted to stay at the Athenian riviera hotel. The staff and property were top quality, but the location is what stood out most. We were able to walk to the beach as well as a ton of great restaurants and really enjoy the neighborhood. Whether in season or out this is a great place to stay!
