Summary: Lovely hotel. Very clean. Excellent service. Staff really helped us out with a few things. Free baby cot which was very comfortable. Room was very clean. Lots of water bottles. My only problem was no shampoo… a minor detail though. Food was delicious. The buffet breakfast had dishes that were different - not the same every day which was great. And for bacon lovers…. they have bacon cooked perfectly!!

Summary: This was the best visit at any Best Western Hotel. The team makes it such a great experience. From check-in to check-out and in between. I know I will forget someone but starting with Prima and the ladies at front desk, to Charles (during his first week in the job showed more poise and care than anyone I have interacted), to Ms. Grace, Emanuel, Louis, Fred and the Chef who made sure my meals was exactly what I was hoping for. I never had the pleasure of actually talking to the young lady from housekeeping but she showed initiative and care that was unbelievable. The security guards out front and the garage - thank you. To the management - you have a gem of a team.

Summary: The hotel is clean and the rooms immaculately presented and maintained. Staff are courteous and helpful. The location is busy and the roads a little bumpy but overall a nice hotel to stay in.
