Positive: loved this apartment, it's very typical Parisian apartment so it is compact but there was plenty of space for us, we had everything we needed and we loved the interior decor, good clear directions on access and owner checked in a few times to see if I needed anything.

Negative: Everything was very good for us, one tiny issue is that it's easy for water from shower to escape onto the floor but you just need to be careful that the shower curtain is hanging correctly.

Positive: Just like Paris, this apartment has its own unique style that embraces history with a modern twist. Best location in Paris, beautiful courtyard, great amenities and wonderful host

Negative: We loved it all. This is not a negative, just a note to future guests. This charming property is on the 4th floor of a beautiful original winding staircase

Positive: Professional hosts. Perfect location - central, near metro, quiet, nice bistros/bars/cafes nearby and supermarket too. Comfortable and stylised flat in an atmospheric setting. Everything in flat worked - comfortable bed, functional kitchenette, nice bathroom. Quiet at night. It was perfect for us for a 4 night stay.
