Positive: Liked everything here. 1. Room. Big and comfortable. 2. Laundry at the basement, comfortable for long term stay in city. 3. Waiting area at first floor. We was waiting our plane at this area. 4. Location. Old city starts in 100 meters.

Positive: Gaining access to the property was a breeze, thanks to the clear instructions for programming the access card. The block is situated in a very safe area, with all necessary measures taken to ensure the apartments remain secure. It's a mere 10-minute walk to the old town and the main station, with grocery stores and coffee shops conveniently nearby. Parking is available right outside the apartment, free from 8 pm to 8 am, Monday to Saturday. Outside these hours, there's a two-hour parking limit at €2 per hour. Alternatively, there are three parking lots within a three-minute walk, offering day rates of €18-€20. There's even a petrol station in the adjoining lane! We spent six days in December, renting a car from the station for day trips, and found the parking arrangements ideal. The one-bedroom apartment was spacious, with a generously sized bathroom. During our stay, having a dishwasher and essential items like oil, salt, pepper, crockery, cutlery, and utensils, along with a kettle, was incredibly useful. The washer and dryer in the basement were much needed as well. The apartment's decor was unique and very pleasing. Erhan, the host, was exceptionally quick in communicating. We couldn't find a single thing to complain about and highly recommend this place!

Negative: If I was forced to highlight something negative, I would say that linen and towels should be changed after 3 days. But in overall niceness of the place, it can be ignored. A TV would be good to have but we did not miss it at all, gave us time for media detox!! And it actually felt nice!
