Positive: The children pool with slides was great. I was able to loan out rackets and play tennis. The hotel has a few tennis courts It was so hot and i have never eaten so many water melons which were readily available The shopping streets were just around the hotel

Negative: The food was too monotonous The power/electricity went off on one day and the heat was unmanageable. The internet in public areas, even at the receptionist areas was terrible The hotel is not smack bang on the beach. One has to walk a good distance across some fields

Summary: More of a three and a half stars hotel

Positive: Nice pools, clean facilities (except for restrooms in shared areas).

Negative: Smoking is allowed everywhere outside. People smoke in places you have to walk through to get e.g. to the pools. They even smoke on events for kids (my daughter's hair smelled like cigarettes). Music at the evening events is definetely too loud. Even at the ones for kids I was getting Apple Watch notifications it was dangerously loud. Ladies working at the kids club were barely engaging the kids. Food was more or less the same every day. There were few hours during the day no food was available. Staff is not too helpful. When asked for something (like an umbrella someone took) they do nothing. They barely speak any English, even at the reception / guest services station. At the beach the water gets super deep super fast (like 3-4 meters from the shore it's already way too deep for kids). Cocktails with poor quality alcohol and not tasting food. Extremely slippery especially next to the pools. Kids did fall several times.

Summary: Not recommended if you care for your health and kids.
