Positive: Communication with the host was excellent, quick, and friendly. The apartment itself is very spacious with an interesting and unique interior design, making it a perfect place for larger groups.

Negative: A small downside is that the building has a bit of an “old house” smell. Also, there are no blackout curtains in the bathroom and in one of the bedrooms, so when the lights are on in the evening, everything is visible from outside. One more funny (or maybe confusing) detail — the toilet seat decoration puzzled our kids (we were traveling with three boys), and our youngest one refused to use the toilet for quite a while! Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it, especially for big groups looking for a spacious place in a nice location.

Positive: A huge house in a nice, quiet village of Aste. If you travel with kids you will love how close and visible from the house the village kids playground is. On the other side of the road there is also a stadium you can play football at. It is very silent and pleasant. There is a grocery store less than 100 meters from the house as well. The house itself is huge, spacious. There are 3 bedrooms and an enormous living room, two bathrooms and you have a lot of space everywhere. The design of the place is thought of well, you have cool paintings and other details. Also a lot of tableware so you can easily have all days food there and do the dishes after the next mornings breakfast. Huge sofa next to a good TV that offers great selection of evening entertainment in the form of Go3 TV. An extra cost for a sauna - we didn't have the time to actually try it, but that's a nice bonus if you want it (and you don't pay for it if you don't actually use it). Electric heating so in a rather cold summer as this one you can warm up the house, in contrast to some other places we've stayed at that have been too cold. Everything is well supplied, you get dishwashing tablets, cooking oil, sugar, etc. You collect and leave the keys in a box which is very convinient.

Negative: The property was quite damp when we arrived. But we turned the heating up a bit and opened the windows to get part of that out and on the second day it was already much better. The bathrooms only have a bath and it is very difficult to shower in them, I would recommend installing a shower in the larger bathroom. Also for us the rooms were great - kids were sleeping in their own rooms, but it would be good for the apartment to be able to facilitate more people, getting a proper double bed in each of the living rooms and maybe extra spaces by having sleepable sofas. Right now I don't see the property fitting more than 4 people. Also it would be great to get a washing machine/thumble dryer combo, we only stayed 3 nights, but would still like to wash some clothes if that would be possible there. All in all the value of the space is so great that I don't deduct any points out of the 10 for these drawbacks because what you get for the price is amazing. But the owners can surely ramp it up a bit and also ask for more money then.
