Positive: Everything, especially the family who owns it!! They went above and beyond helping me travel from the train station with my 4 young kids at night. Matteo arranged for 2 cars to come get us and take us to the airport to get our rental car, they waited with my kids and then let me follow them back to the house where they got us settled. It felt like my own family was there taking care of me. The beds were comfortable, my 4 kids enjoyed being there, the shower was excellent, the view from the balcony is amazing of Assisi! Thank you Matteo and your parents, you made us feel like family and we will forever be grateful!

Positive: I have to admit that it was one of the best accommodations I had the pleasure of experiencing in Italy in terms of value for money. First of all, clean, lots of space and discreet but very kind help from the owner. It was very touching that half an hour before our arrival he turned on the air conditioning to cool our room. If we visit Assisi again, we will definitely return there.
