Summary: The doors auto lock after 11pm. Used phone to call front desk 50+ times. I could see the desk from entrance. No one around. No one answering. Had to wake someone else in the room to come down. Doors were locked form is wide as well. She rang desk bell a few times until a staff finally came out from back office. 100% he was sleeping. He had to unlock door in 2 places which I feel was a huge fire hazard. When I voiced my disgust with the situation he stared at me blankly. Then to top of off the smoke detector in the room started low battery beeping at 7am. Lovely. Thankfully spoke with manager in the morning and she was wonderful. Horrified that I had been kept outside for 45 minutes at 1am. Room was free.

Summary: The room had access to outside and there was a draft coming in that made the room ice cold. Needs a pool to justify the price.

Summary: Room was very clean. Buffet was great. Air conditioner was on and the control panel was not working. We unplugged it and being on the third floor it was ok.

Summary: As the only real modern hotel option in Assiniboia this is a great place to stay. It was quiet, staff was very friendly, easy to access and the room was very large.

Summary: ALways friendly staff. No issues with check-in, the room, or the ammenities. Checkout is swift as I hand over the room key and they offer to email the receipt.
