Positive: Santino was a gracious host. The bedroom was large and the bathroom is huge, although still a work in progress with some details to be completed. Breakfast was pleasant with plenty of coffee and some packaged breads. Santino provided eggs and prosciutto, so we had a nice meal. The price was right and the outside patio has a sea view.

Negative: This is a private house and we probably approached the house from the wrong driveway, which resulted in a steep downhill walk down to the house from parking. Difficult if your knees are old. The bed was low to the floor and a bit creaky.

Negative: If you want some normal rest after the road, some privacy, there will be wery little of it, the host's presence is felt at every step. Kindly obtrusive, in addition, the owner told us unreasonably badly about the other guests who had also just arrived (very adequate, normal people). This is unacceptable and incorrect for the owner as staff. It seems that there is cleanliness, the ability to prepare food in a well-equipped kitchen, but all this is spoiled by the constant presence of the owner, besides the unreasonable and unacceptable talking behind the back of other guests. Kind in front, but unethical behind the scenes and inconsistent with the assessment he demands of his guests. Also I was asked several times to write an excellent review in booking.com. Here it is. True, honest review. There was only coffee option (for b&b labeled property).

Positive: Santino is the host with the most! We felt immediately welcomed and comfortable, yet also free to make the most of the facilities and our five nights there. Two communal terraces with sea views, umbrellas, chairs and tables, ambient lighting at night, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Spacious, spotlessly clean, and decorated with flair and fun. Great for a driving holiday. Perfect mid-point location on the coast to access all the big tourist attraction towns, but the surprise was how much adventure there was to be had with immediate access to Parco Nebrodi and fascinating small towns to and from our daily destinations and in the surrounding area. Santino was always available and immediately and positively responsive to questions and requests. All that you need, but in a quiet and serene setting. Thanks to all this, we slept and felt well and enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you, Santino.

Positive: Luxurious villa with a scenic view of both mountains and seashore. During our trip around the Sicilly costline, it was the perfect way to , relax and enjoy the "dolce far niente" that was so much needed. Our host ,Santino, made us feel more than welcome even before we arrived and went out of his way to accommodate our every need. The room was exceptionally clean and the sunset terrace view as romantic as they get. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and an outside grill that you can enjoy with your loved ones. It will definitely be on our to do list the next time we visit Sicily!

Negative: It would be hard to find something not to like here.
