Positive: We only stayed a few hours (as planned) ahead of midnight flight home. But beds were very clean and comfortable for a snooze, bathroom was as new and very clean, air con looked like new unit and worked well. For this price and location it served our purpose perfectly well. Obviously there is some refurbishment in progress but can't complain about that, better than not being done!

Negative: Nothing really that concerned us, door lock was a bit random but worked well, and three arguments were heard from adjacent rooms, post Christmas stress I guess!

Positive: Good location and surprisingly quiet, reception staff pleasant, room partially renovated - brand new bathroom (lovely), room smelt clean and fresh, bed comfy and air con good

Negative: Being woken up early on Sunday (around 7:00am) with tradespeople working on the room next door, drilling, banging, clanging. The motel did not appear fully booked so I was quite annoyed that they were working on the room beside ours when obviously our room was occupied. This resulted in us checking out and leaving early.

Summary: Good location, quiet and will be very nice once renovations complete
